Interview
There are online tests, then a quick video interview, an assessment day, and a final interview (2018). The assessment day was a case study on a failing restaurant, and you had to advise your client as to how to proceed with her business (no legal knowledge needed), they will throw in an additional information half-way through that changes everything, and see how you react with the new information. The interview is one hour long and not extremely formal.

questioned me on the issue you answered on the application, my cv, questions about myself (such as a time I did something wrong), and an ethics question (how i would react to a certain situation in a meeting). Was not very formal and partner and associate were very nice

Interview
The day began with an interview about you, your experience, interests, and the interviewers were friendly, not too formal and were genuinely curious. The next stage was a case study and all the candidates on that day sat in a room and went through a folder of information and then did an hour interview about that. It was overall a straight forward and simple process.
