The interview process itself was straightforward. Two phone screens -- one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. Then, there was a skills review. From there, I went on-site for four 30-minute interviews with key stakeholders and the hiring manager again. But after all that, they GHOSTED me. I never heard back at all. Unbelievable!
