I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied through college, so we had a replacement talk and were asked to attempt an online test. It was pretty simple and next was hr interview on zoom.
That was heavily mismanaged. My interviewer didn't even look at me, she kept looking at the screen and cutting in between my answers. Later, they put a bunch of us in the waiting room for almost 2.5 hours only to come and tell us we weren't moving on to the next round.

Some tips on investing
The first step was an application to fill in. Next tests had to be completed. After the tests, there was a video interview with pre-recorded questions. After this, there was an interpersonal interview with a problem solving question.
