Morgan Stanley Analyst interview questions

Got the referral from one of the existing emplyoees. Started wuth phone interview and then face to face meetings. I met with two senior managers of the team and they were very nice. They walk me through how their team operates and what kind of people they are looking for. The interview was fairly standard process. We talked about my experiences and skills. What kind of value add I can bring to the team. I really enjoyed conversations. But I did not get the follow up meetings. I think it is a good company to work if possible.

it was extremly challenging. one-to-one. I sensed that from the beginning the leader was unsatsified with me, but still he spent the next hour talking about how I should have planned better and, clarified what kind of smart & elite people they want, I guess
