I applied this position online in China, and get contacted in 2 weeks. In all, 1 phone interview, 2 rounds on site interview. Phone interview mainly test your English skill and basic programming language skill. On site interview asked more deep and detail tech questions with coding test. It took 3 hours. Overall its not easy but the experience was nice.

3 x 45 min phone interviews and in person 3 x 45 min. Questions from stohastics, brain teasers, derivatives,... All together quite demanding since you need to cover lots of different knowledge areas. Took quite some hours of preparation. Interviewers were nice, giving tips when you encountered a problem. Go through standard probability and statics books, Hull derivatives book, econometrics..

Call from HR. Then a in person interview. Interviewed by 6 people and it took about 3 hours. Easy process. I did not get the job but the experience was an overall positive.
