the interview process is grilling and at the same time very informative. the interview process also is very streamlined and feedback based. However the HR department can be more proactive in responding to emails of candidates

Saw line manager in the first interview, then 2 vps in the second round, then senior managers of the division in the 3rd round, then managers of adjacent divisions for the final round. Overall very lengthy but mostly competency based interviews

3)HR round- typical HR round asking normal questions
