Morgan Stanley Client Service Representative interview questions

After meeting with two Section Managers, I was interviewed by a District Manager. Both interviews focused on being able to be in a service roll, dealing with issues and working with people who could be upset. They were also evaluating my ability to communicate well since that was a crucial part of the roll.

It was easy. They basically asked me about why I wanted to work there. Did not need much experience at all. The interviewers were straight forward. I did not even know what the job was actually for when I went in there.
