Morgan Stanley Client Services Associate interview questions

Lengthy process, first have a recruiter reach out to you to talk for 15 mins, then set up meeting with management team. If management likes you, then will be sent to the advisor director or the advisor themselves. Not sure if all advisors at MS are like this, but had two separate interviews with very rude advisors, both on top 100 list (ego?). The lady was very defensive when asking questions about the team and said the opposite of what her director told me the role would be. The other guy had the nerve to say I was in his “maybe pile”, how encouraging to say to a candidate! Emailed management after both saying that I’m not interested in being associated with either team.

Talked with the team leads as well as the newer members. It was not as technical as much as just a discussion. They were all nice and tried to make it more relaxing.
