Took over two months to complete my interview process. Background check took weeks. I met with my branch manager for my first in person interview. This took place after after simulating a day in the life as an advisor and doing a video Interview. I then moved on to completing my business plan before I was offered the job.

Very long, yet traditional. Phone Screen, aptitude test, financial advisor simulation, make a business plan for your starting as a financial advisor, and two in person interviews. The process took just over a month and was meant to test your passion and desire for the position, as success as a financial advisor requires an extreme persistence.

Interview
Took two test initially. Watched a video for one. Then I completed a phone interview. I was then sent a business plan and had two face-to-face interviews. One with Chief Operating Officer and Branch Manager and a follow up with just the Branch Manager.
