The Interview Process was in multiple stages and included online reasoning test and personality test, a simulation of the day in the life of an advisor, a phone interview, online recorded interview, and an in person interview.

I interviewed with the Assoc. Complex Manager personally. It was a pleasant conversation, open and honest. No questionnaire, no preset script. One of the most comfortable interviews I ever had.
