oa for one hour of math and programming questions. Multiple choice questions with one programming. Don't get into the next round. hard to prepare. Needs to be very familiar with prob and fixed income.

Hirevue, first round phone call, then super day. Hirevue is easy and AI / referral are the biggest factors I think. First round is easy with barely techincal stuff. Last round can get a little more so
