I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Baltimore, MD) in Feb 2016
Interview
This was done through a staffing agency. Morning interviews with 3 people (managers), roughly 20 mins long. Standard questions with a few postion specific thrown in. Mostly a general fit type interview, being able to elaborate answers without "bragging" will be a big plus. Morgan Stanley likes to hear buzzwords like "streamline" "teamwork" "synergy" try to throw them into your answer, but not in a forced way.

Question 1
A customer or client in your current/previous job had a problem, what did you do fix it? Who did you ask for help?
I applied online. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview process was conducted in a professional and welcoming manner. The interviewer was approachable and began by asking for a brief overview of my background. From there, we had a solid conversation about my past work, some of my personal projects, and the certifications I've earned. Overall, I would call this a positive experience and I am looking forward to my next round.

Question 1
One of the questions that stuck with me was "Why Parametric?"
Asking general behavioral questions like self intro, any relevant experience with client, future career plan, etc. It was two round in person interview and nice culture and people. Good experience overall
I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Glasgow, Escocia)
Interview
Was very nice. They show you the building between rounds of interviews. First is a group interview, and then two individual interviews. The people are nice as well, and very friendly.
