After submitting the online application, which includes a CV and a cover letter, you will be required to sit a numerical test. If you get through the screening stage, you will get invited to a first-round telephone interview, which usually lasts 30-40 minutes. Following this, there will be 2 final-round telephone interviews, which are back-to-back and last more than an hour.

One Assessnent Centre at the end of spring week (the morning of the last day). It includes one 3 or 4 people group discussion, two competency interviews, one technical interview.
