First there was written test which consist question mostly about derivatives as the post was regarding the same. This was not an elimination round. On the basis of how you answered the question the interview was conducted.

It was a very well structured interview. Questions asked baised on CV only. There were 3 panalist. It took almost 50 mins. They were in a hurry to hire. The interview process is very smeeless but the questions are difficult.

There are 4 rounds of interview
- first being the technical round - with your hiring team manager
- second with onshore heads - technical and sometimes interpersonal
- third with the regional Vice President of the Division - techno managerial
- fourth with the regional head (Executive Director) of your division (like FID, wealth management etc) - techno managerial
