I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY)
Interview
The first interview is through telephone. An analyst asked me 10+ technical questions including math, probability, algorithm etc. I was informed of the result in 2 days, much faster than other firms. Then I was invited to the onsite superday. The superday started in 8am and last till noon. There are 5 one-to-one interviews in total. Questions I've got are a combination of technical and behavioral ones. Again the final result came out very fast. They called me the next day and gave me the offer.
