It was easy. I applied the contrast position with a recruiter, and I was offered to be promoted to a full-time employee. The interview was with 3 directors in a row. Only behavior questions were asked. No technical questions
2 rounds of interview one with the lead and other with the VP. it focuses more on your skills and experience in your current role where in you are asked regarding logical situations.
