Interview
There were various steps and becoming qualified for the position. First there were two phone interviews. Next you take a reasoning test as well as a financial advisor simulation test. You also do a digital interview. If you are moved through the process then you are invited for an in person interview at the branch you applied for.

Interview process was very straight forward. I interviewed with the branch manager and was offered the position that same week. I chose to accept another offer from a competing firm.
