I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2009
Interview
The hiring process starts with the HR sending an email once you have applied for a job. A series of phone interview will be taken, atlest 4-5 after which you will be called for an onsite interview. There may be additional 4-5 interviews onsite before they make a decision. After doing all the background checks, an offer is extended.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions are not as difficult as Amazon or google interviews. They mostly check if you have the knowledge to write code and some brain teasers.
Everyone was professional and nice, at lease looked like they were. I made it through the final interview and received positive feedback from the HR, then got completely ghosted. No offer, no rejection, no response. Radio Silence.
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
