First round was two telephone interviews. Was meant to be competency based but only asked about one question of that sort, the rest were technical. The questions were quite unexpected and hard, but the interviewer was fairly helpful, in terms of explaining the current economic situation, etc. Second round is assessment centre.
I applied online. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Relaxing, questions were technical but not too difficult. Asked about real life scenarios where I have applied sort of teamwork and leadership skills, and technical questions relating to the financial market.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Nov 2023
Interview
Starts with a 45 min interview preparation - you'll receive a very long research package, and you need to leverage this research package and respond to a specific question raised, better to make some simple slides for presentation as well.
There are two interviewers listening to your 15min presentation and then 15min Q&A, not easy actually.
The next session is a 30min interview with two other interviewers. Quite chill and mainly behavioral and resume based.
