Very straightforward. Had two people interview me so it wasn't a lengthy process. I'd recommend to make sure you study why you want the role and know the Firm's values.

2 rounds of interview one with the lead and other with the VP. it focuses more on your skills and experience in your current role where in you are asked regarding logical situations.

General questions about the line of business and common questions about how you would assume their teams handle certain situations. Mainly on behavioral side but also technical can be included.
