I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was fast and the HR department was very responsive. Started off by attending an information session at my university on Monday. The first round interviews (30-minute one-on-one) were with an HR manager on Tuesday. Then I received a call back on Wednesday for Friday's second round interviews. This consisted of a group interview with a problem-solving scenario (1 hour) and two more one-on-one interviews (30-minutes each) with Operations managers. Received an offer the following Monday.
I applied online. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview process was conducted in a professional and welcoming manner. The interviewer was approachable and began by asking for a brief overview of my background. From there, we had a solid conversation about my past work, some of my personal projects, and the certifications I've earned. Overall, I would call this a positive experience and I am looking forward to my next round.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the questions that stuck with me was "Why Parametric?"
Asking general behavioral questions like self intro, any relevant experience with client, future career plan, etc. It was two round in person interview and nice culture and people. Good experience overall
I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Glasgow, Escocia)
Interview
Was very nice. They show you the building between rounds of interviews. First is a group interview, and then two individual interviews. The people are nice as well, and very friendly.
