Cold questioning based on STAR method. Two part call with different interviewers. Negotiation is very limited for salary. Role mainly consists of some form of customer service. Everyone who I spoke to was very nice and friendly. Speedy replies to any questions

tell me about a time you performed in highly structured environment
Very easy basic asked what a stock is and a bond. The rest is standard what is your experience stuff. It was relatively long like almost an hour. Answer with confidence and have a general understanding of finance

Interview
The interview process is straightforward. They sent an email that summarized what would be in the interview, so I had plenty of time to prepare. Very friendly and professional interviewers.

One screening call with the recruiter. And then two interviews back to back with a hiring manager and a manager in the local office. The communication between the managers and me was great and easy to set up the interviews.
