I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Dec 2015
Interview
I interviewed for the BA track within technology. Two 30 minute phone interviews back to back. First was a very laid back behavioral one. Second was a more technical quiz-like one. The technical questions were fair and the interviewer helped out with some hints for the more difficult ones (like the brain teaser).

Interview
I gave my resume to the HR at a career event. I had a telephonic interview followed by onsite. Telephonic interview is 45 minutes long and was mostly technical. Onsite is a whole day process. They had a small orientation to tell us more about the firm and the interview process. Next, we had a small group activity. It was fun. Then, we had 2-3 technical interviews.
