Filled in an online application and was shortly asked to complete online tests for inductive and numerical reasoning and situational judgement. Then a week later asked to do an interview. Asked competency and commercial awareness questions.

Submitted application online and was required to do numerical, logical and inductive reasoning assessments. Within a week scheduled a telephone interview lasting 30 mins. The interviewer asked several competency and behavioural questions.
