I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in Oct 2018
Interview
Overall pretty Straight forward, just a very competitive process, but there was nothing particularly challenging about the superday it's all about confidence which I didn't necessarily display, otherwise if you're at a superday the questions aren't going to be that hard, they want you, you just have to seem decent
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2018
Interview
First round: 2 interviews
Second round: 2 intervies
Third round: Assesment Centre in London.
The people were all very friendly in the interview process. I received many technical questions and also many about my personality and motivation for Investment Banking. Moreover, they challenged me with multiple calculation questions and brain teasers. The first 2 rounds were in the Netherlands, and for the last round I went to the assessment centre in London. Overall it was a very nice process which went very quick.
