I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
It was straightforward - 2 rounds of interview process. The first one was more technical (mostly Java and SQL questions). The second round was more about design and algorithmic thinking.

Interview
Went straight into a power day with no phone screening or preliminary interview(s). Process was meh. Interviewers asked softball questions. Very little technical questions, if at all. The flow was wonky, and at some points there was just awkward silence because they didn't know what to ask.
The interview consisted of three rounds: a telephone screening with HR, a technical interview with Leetcode-like algorithmic tasks, and then a panel interview with mainly behavioural questions. The questions were not extremely difficult, but highly formulaic and somewhat trite. The technical part was decent, but nothing unique or really deep. The whole process felt a bit mechanical, like just ticking off steps.
