I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied online in September 2017, got an email a month later inviting me to a first round interview and prompting me to undertake a Codility test first (very easy, simple function). The email said the test would not be assessed, just to discuss my thought process during the interview.
First round interview was entirely technical, no puzzles or brain teasers or mention of the Codility test. The interviewer introduced themselves and jumped straight into technical questions, with some time to ask them questions at the end. Review OOP and prepare good answers for questions such as "where/how does Google store all its data?"
Was called the next day inviting me to an assessment centre.

Interview
Got contacted by HR to schedule an interview, rounded up interviewing different teams from all over the world (Budapest, London, NY) and finally back to back full day interviews onsite in Montreal.

The questions ranged from puzzles, to core java and RDBMS optimisation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Oct 2017
Interview
Contacted by email after handing out resume at university career fair. First round interview on campus, then a group interview plus one on one interview. Group interview was weird... But overall the interviewers were nice.
