Interview
It was pool Placement in Pune.
1st round :- Aptitude
2 Coding questions.
First was simple tricky and second was DP.
There were 19 MCQs based on Data Structures and Reasoning.
There was negative marking.
Time :- 90min
2nd round :-Technical interview (Elimination round)
I was asked questions on OS (process creation using fork ,multiple forks) ,sorting and a bit about my project.
People were asked questions on Database too.
Nearly 10 people were shortlisted from previous round.
Next three rounds were non-elimination .They were
3rd round :- Group Activity
We were given lego blocks and had to make a prototype of some idea and present it so as to convince the investors to invest in our idea.
4th round :- 2nd Technical Round
Mostly design approach was seen in this round.
I was asked to design Paytm using OOP.
Some other questions were code to find angle between hour and minute hand , longest increasing path in matrix , how does spell checker work (the one like in MS word) ,Stock Buy Sell to Maximize Profit , Find number of occurences of given words in file .
The interviewer had observed that i didn't participate completely in the group activity and he even asked me the reason for it :P So participate actively . They observe everyone minutely.
5th round :- HR
Interviewer was very polite n decent . In fact she gave me some good advice for my negative things. Standard HR questions were asked .
Overall Experience :-
It was really good. Everything was systematically arranged and Everyone was friendly :)
Couldn't get any offer :( but returned home with Morgan goodies :P

Interview
I was interviewed in ShangHai China as a graduate from USTC. First, there is a on line test and if passed a telephone interview about some basic CS questions such as list, queue, map and language specific questions. Then we are informed to go to ShangHai for an half day interview, which has two rounds. Round 1 needs you to solve an algorithmic question and round 2 asks you more question about the language you use, basic algorithmic problems and some coding on the blank paper.

Interview
I submitted my resume with the job role and sent a formal email. It was followed up by an E-mail interview, followed by 2 phone calls, and in-person interview with 4 individuals, followed up by an additional phone call. There were also numerous calls with HR to facilitate the process and to discuss compensation and benefits.
