Then get On-site:
1-Group interview
2-tech 1:1 interview
Q1: Regular expressions
Q2: analyze the math expressions with "'[{}]s (use stack)
Q3: difference between dynamic and static programming languages
Q4: reverse string
2 weeks after on-site, got an email from HR, asked if I was still interested and avliable. Answered yes, and no replies for two days. Then another follow-up mail, HR saids the final decision maker is "travelling"
2days later, HR emailed me asked for transcript.
The day after, got the rejected.

Interview
I scheduled an on-campus interview through my school's career center website. The interviewer was on time and was very easy to talk to, which was nice. He mostly asked skills questions on the languages I am proficient in (Java and C), and asked me to write a simple java program right there.

A group activity and four 1-on-1 interviews with Technologists of MS. General questions about programming, algorithms etc. Most of them were very professional.
