Motivus interview questions

No son claros con el proceso de selección, ni con las fechas. Tampoco se comunican para saber si no fuiste seleccionado a la siguiente etapa, lo que considero importante para las personas que están aplicando

First call was with recruiter, she was friendly and explained the benefits and the role briefly, one week later she called back to schedule technical. The technical interview was really a conversation with a manager, not technical at all. Third interview was with a senior management member of the team, which I felt I aced. They told me that was the final step and just needed approval to make an offer, gather that recruiter called back to schedule a fourth interview with team members. I followed up a couple times after that and they told me they were still awaiting feedback. Whole process took over two months. It felt like a waste of my time.
