I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft
Interview
The recruiter was very good about keeping me updated on what was going on with my application. The system to schedule interviews worked well. I appreciated that she had called to explain why they ultimately selected a different candidate. Fairly thorough process for just a during the year intern which I thought was interesting.

Question 1
Who is the most inspirational person in your life?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MuleSoft (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Arduous process; 5-6 rounds. Build a lot of momentum leading into the final rounds, only to not have much time in person. They seem rushed. Just be as candid as possible because they sift out any BS. Lastly, the team members in the early rounds really want to help you succeed, so ask them as many questions as possible.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MuleSoft in Aug 2016
Interview
Had 2 Tech Phones screens. During both the calls, I was asked to talk about my current job/role to being with. And, then was asked to solve a coding question. I had to RUN the code on the Online IDE tool.
The questions were of medium difficulty, but I could get to the working solutions with at least 10-15 minutes to spare. The interviewers were happy with the solution as well.
However, after a couple of days i get an email saying that "I am not a fit" for the role they were hiring for. Infact, I never had applied to this company, they had approached me sighting that they LIKED my background and were interesting in talking to me !!! They don't respect candidate's time. It was such a WASTE of time.
The recruiting team told me that they would get back to within a week with the actually reason for not proceeding my candidacy - but, no one bothered to reply back! Very unprofessional to say the least.
