There was a lot of support thought the entire interview process from the recruiter. Everyone I interviewed was friendly which made all the conversations comfortable. One of my last interviews included a mock call, I would recommend preparing for that. I definitely would prepare a solid answer of why you want to be part of MuleSoft's organization.
Basic knowledge about the company is going to be tested, and you will be asked about your sales experience. If you don't have a sales background, you must show how your experience has similarities to Sales.

Why you want to be in Sales. About your metrics within you current or previous position. Why MuleSoft. What do you know about MuleSoft. Basic scenario questions.
Initial interview with recruiter, followed by semi formal interviews with peers and pre-sales and the hiring manager. Next step was a presentation to a panel on features & benefits of MuleSoft. It was important to have a firm next step in mind and to be able to clearly articulate the value of MuleSoft over other technologies. Think „valley of despair“. One other important point to make is, that the interviewers will be keen to understand how you would approach working with colleagues from SFDC, Marketing Cloud, Slack and Tableau. After the panel interview, there were interviews with the ANZ as well as the APAC leadership.
