A week and a half after passing the cognitive test successfully, I was called by a secretary and an appointment for a phone interview was scheduled for a week later. The phone interview was only 20 minutes. There were no technical questions at all. Rather the interviewer asked me to review my CV and in which areas of finance I had already worked.
