Online F2F Interview with a list of questions shared to be done and then discuss with the interviewer. Quite good exp overall. The interviewer also cross questions based on certain approach you took while solving the question
Difficult questions. Lots of intense competency-based ones. Probably failed it but never got a response back from them even after a considerable waiting period. Would've appreciated at least a rejection email or feedback
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re (München, Bavaria) in Jan 2023
Interview
I applied online, received an online test, and then was invited to one hour interview. Even though I had several things to say/ask related to the industry, program, and departments, unfortunately, there were two recruitment consultants who had no/limited idea about theoretical industry-specific knowledge. Instead, they read me several job-related behavioural situation questions for 1 hour. I recommend everyone to prepare and study for all the interview questions you may see on the Internet and probably you will be asked all of them. Even though the program is called explore, they claim that you will find an opportunity to explore your future with several options but you will receive lots of questions about future career goals. They expect from you to define them clearly...
