I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Munich Re (Singapur) in May 2022
Interview
There is a total of 3 different interview, one related to technical for examination , Hr screening for behaviour and others, The last with the head of IT. You are supposed to understand IT security Knowledge to aid them. Their test questions is as realistic and common to a modern company who had to deal with various security incident. The HR will ask about basic human related question such as why, when, what and how which bundle your existing jobs attitude to the new roles. As for the third interview I did not make it through as the head of security operations was on a vacation. Not much was spoken back about what went wrong.
