Munich Re interview questions

First get to know each other interview. Then a technical interview with the hiring manager, then an interview with HR and an executive. It all went smoothly and the offer was made very quickly.

I applied online and received an invite from a recruiter at Munich Re (Toronto) for a 30-minute screening video call. The interviewer seemed very nice and patient during the call, even when I blanked on a question. The next step following this video call is a panel round interview with the Munich Re team. Over a week later, I received an email from the recruiter at Munich Re inviting me to the panel round interview and asking about my upcoming availability. I replied to this email within a few hours, receiving no response ever again. This would have been a positive interview process, even if I did not receive a job offer with Munich Re. However, the recruiter never responded to me again, nearly a month after an invitation to a panel round interview (which did not happen). A week later, I sent a follow-up email about this second interview and did not get a response to that either or a rejection email of any sort. I am really disappointed in this company for not having the courtesy to update candidates about the status of the position. It is also unproductive for everyone involved to extend interview invitations that will not be conducted.
