They were interested and respectful, professional. I met with several people from different areas of the organization. Unfortunately, they were going through a major reorganization and sadly, many of those people are no longer with the company.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Munich Re in Feb 2021
Interview
Was asked to do a self-presentation, where I was required to talk about myself, my accomplishments, and challenges I foresee. After my presentation, they asked a series of behavioral and technical questions. Interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a conflict with someone, and how did you handle it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Munich Re (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2020
Interview
Initial Interview with internal recruiter was really informal, and a great two way conversation.
2nd interview with two people from the Business was again a really good discussion, however they had some scripted competency questions which were really weird. I was told I would hear back in a week.
3 Months later...
After chasing HR got a call back with some feedback. Not progressing due to a lack of experience in a certain area. They've offered the role to someone else. Fell on my sword as I had ample experience in the area they were questioning but didn't argue the toss. Felt a bit strongly about this after reflecting on the call so went back to the recruiter, and had another call to explain. Her notes didn't match me. So somehow they got parts of my interview feedback confused with 2 other candidates.
Offered a final round, but declined. Felt disingenuous as they had already stated they had made an offer.
