NHS 999 Call Handler interview questions

Application, then telephone interview, then if you pass that it was a skype interview. I found my first call the lady was very chatty and lovely and positive and had a real interest in getting to know me. The skype call was totally opposite, it was with two managers we were all on skype and they didn't once smile or sound interested to get to know me, it was just question after question. Really put me off as they just seemed very stern and negative showing no personality which is different to how the trust describes itself to be.
