NHS Administrative Assistant interview questions

3 stage interview process from selection through till offer. Standard process it was compentency questions which was a standard approach used for interviews. Process was long I do think the process could have been a little smarter.

Okay interview. People didn’t seem that interested in me but I was told they have staffing issues and desperate need staff! Not a great start to the interview but seems they’re in need
