NHS Administrator interview questions

After application, if you are shortlisted, there will be an invitation for face to face interview, after then if you are selected you will be informed by call or email

I was given two days notice of the interview. The questions were easy and the atmosphere was friendly. Unfortunately when I didn't receive an offer they told me the reason was because I hadn't come for a tour before the interview, not sure what time they think they gave me to do that, as I received the offer on the Saturday night and the interview was on a Tuesday. Also the position was advertised as full time and then when I arrived at the interview I found out the position was actually for 22.5 hours a week.
