Frst one is a telephone interview where they ask the basics things abt you.
Next round is face to face where you have answer the situations that they provide.
Do not ask the questions repeatedly with the interviewer.

How are you going to cope up with the distractions at your work place when you are attending an emergency call?

One phone call, Went through past experience. Top tip is to relay a time where you coped under pressure especially in an over-the-phone environment. Also relay compassion and empathy whilst being direct.
