Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The one key thing they asked me was how I demonstrate NHS values in my work, particularly around communication, confidentiality, and working as part of a team. I was asked to give an example of a situation where I supported patients or colleagues while following policies and maintaining professionalism.
I interviewed at NHS (Barnsley, Yorkshire and the Humber, England)
Interview
Simply emailed me with interview dates and location and any extra info needed. They then phoned me back with feedback from the interview and of course the results.
Also made me do a typing test where had to copy out an email and then also made me save it.
Pretty straight forward, some technical questions and around anatomy. I was interviewed by one of a senior radiographer and the manager, they were friendly and helpful. Made things easier and I did not feel nervous.
