Very friendly, nice. First went though reading a case for 15 mins and writing up a formulation and next steps to eb discussed at the beginning of the interview. Then went through several Qs, there were 3 people (team leader, clinical psychologist, and peer mentor). Feedback provided afterwards and they were quick to call back (next day). Interview
The interview process had three stages: the first with a recruiter, the second with the manager, and the third with HR, but I didn't reach the HR stage. it was amazing
Very simple and thorough. The interview panel were very nice and made me feel at ease I didn’t feel caught out. I actually enjoyed the process. There weee six questions most of them scenarios based which gave me the opportunity to discuss my experiences/challenges in the NHS
