NHS interview questions

Casual interview process, no detailed questions and more conversation based about experience and expectations. It was over zoom, the role was cover for someone going on a secondment, I was surprised by the lack of structure in the interview but it was still a good conversation

It was straight to the point. They introduced themselves and explained the position to me. They asked me some general interview questions and at the end I was given an opportunity to ask questions of my own.
