Interview

The NHS associate practitioner interview typically involves assessing candidates' clinical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to work in a healthcare team. It was a relatively quick and easy process and I did not have to wait long for a confirmation.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NHS
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. The interviewers were very friendly, it was a panel of 3 who I went before. The range of questions were focused on my people skills, management skills, and there were questions asked that were very NHS specific as they were looking for a desirable to be NHS experience previously.
