I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NHS in Nov 2022
Interview
I applied online, it took them about 3 weeks to get back to me about whether or not I had been offered the interview. The interview then took place a following 12 days later. The process wasn't too difficult; it was my first time going to an interview for an MLA job and I took it as experience. One thing I didn't account for was researching about the specific departments within the department I was applying for and I was a bit out of practice regarding SOP procedures so I would make sure to revise that. The interview process however, is very clinical and scripted thus, it feel less personable which is to be expected.
