NHS interview questions

The interview was conducted over Microsoft teams with two senior staff members both asking questions. It lasted around 30 minutes. Only a few questions were role specific questions like how you would handle a cancellation from a clinic or what the trust values are, otherwise standard questions like what are you greatest strengths etc.

Easy via a third part company. I was hired as a locum BS for a temporary period to work at the Biochemistry Lab ending t work for the Microbioogy Lab with no explanation. The only reason they provided from the Hospital was that they needed stuff for the Microbiology Lab. I had been however interviewd for a biochemistry position, while might assist in the Microb - Immunology lab!
