I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Peterborough, Inglaterra) in Nov 2019
Interview
Easy. A nice chat. 2 interviewers on panel. Once you get over the initial nerves and realise that the interviewers were possibly nervous too, it was relative easy. The downside to the nhs is that everything takes so long to process. I found out the same day that I’d got the job but it then took almost 6 weeks to get a contract sorted. Training was a bit boring (shadowing for 2 weeks) but after a few months in the job I felt settled and really enjoy it.
The shift pattern is ok with earlies, day shift and lates. You get your rota usually a few weeks in advance.
I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Glasgow, Escocia) in Oct 2020
Interview
Two people in the room , one did the introduction and explained the job purpose. The second was the one asking questions: the interview process was not stressful but a bunch of questions were asked. Overall it was a good interview and they were kind.
You have at least 5 questions and you have to answer all the questions.
At the end they will ask you if you have any question you want to ask them.
