1 interview based mostly on scenarios such as why have you applied for this role and what would you do if somebody was abusive on the phone, also what would you do if somebody phoned and wanted personal information

Was interviewed by a panel of people from the GP. One was distracted and did not pay attention to me, another one asked no questions. Was told that I would hear from them on a specific day only to be ghosted. At least have some decency to explain to candidates why they were unsuccessful.
