Applied online through the NHS Test and Trace Website Shorlisted a few days after for an assessment centre interview Had an individual and group practical assessment on basic laboratory skills such as Pipetting, Debagging a covid sample. Health and safety written assessment

Had a virtual interview via teams with two members of staff that I would interact with on a day-to-day basis. I was asked a series of questions, followed by a selection of scenarios and asked how I would best proceed/take action on them. I was told I would hear back before COP the same day or the following morning.
